Get an email when a storm that could damage your roof hits your area
Cypress Roof Guide sends a free email each time the National Weather Service issues a Severe Thunderstorm Warning or Tornado Warning for Harris County or a neighboring NW Houston county. The email tells you what was warned and where, so you know when to check your roof.

What you'll get
One email per warning. It names the warning type, the county and area it covered, and the date, and links to that event on the Harris County Storm Log. The email goes out once the warning is on record, so it usually reaches you after the storm has passed.
What triggers it
Severe Thunderstorm Warnings and Tornado Warnings for Harris, Montgomery, Waller, and Fort Bend counties. Some weeks that is none; a stormy week can bring more than one. The Storm Log lists every warning, so you can see the frequency for yourself.
